Qantas Airways (QF) Flights

Qantas Airways, founded in 1920, is the flag carrier of Australia. It is also one of the oldest airlines in the world. Its headquarters are located in Sydney. With a humongous fleet of 131 aircraft, the airline serves as many as 85 destinations, both domestic and international. Globetrotters can make Qantas reservations for cities like Melbourne, Los Angeles, Bangkok and London. Qantas’ primary hubs are Sydney Airport, Melbourne Airport and Brisbane Airport. Its secondary hubs include Perth Airport and Adelaide Airport. Its focus cities are Singapore Changi Airport, Los Angeles International Airport, Darwin International Airport and Cairns Airport.

Baggage Policy
First Class, Business Class and Premium Economy Class passengers aboard Qantas flights are allowed to carry two pieces of carry-on baggage (or one piece of carry-on baggage if it meets the weight limit.) Economy Class passengers are allowed to carry either one piece of baggage or one non-rigid garment bag as carry-on baggage. The dimensions of the carry-ons cannot be more than 19 x 13 x 9 inches. However, the permitted dimensions may differ based on the number of carry-ons you take along with you. The combined maximum weight limit for First Class, Business Class and Premium Economy Class is 31 lb. For Economy Class, the maximum weight limit is 15 lb.
First Class and Business Class passengers are allowed to take along three pieces of checked baggage, while Premium Economy and Economy Class passengers are allowed to take along two pieces of checked baggage. For First Class and Business Class, the maximum weight limit per bag is 70 lb. For Premium Economy and Economy Class, the maximum weight limit per bag is 50 lb. The linear dimension of each of the baggage cannot exceed 62 inches.
