Once we receive your request and verify your identity, we will review your request and use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the inaccurate information unless your request is subject to an exception that allows or requires us to refrain from acting in response to your request. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. It is important to note that any request for correction is limited by the legal rights of Travelopick and our third-party business partners as it relates to the content on our Website, including without limitation legally protected rights related to freedom of speech, freedom of the press, or freedom of information.
You have the right to request we delete any of your personal information we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions.
